Wake Up to Sunshine Every Morning
Transform your home into a tropical resort with the cheerful elegance of the Fort Myers Yellow Hibiscus. While double blooms are frilly, the Fort Myers variety is celebrated for its classic, sophisticated single blooms. The petals are a glowing, sunny yellow that funnel down into a dramatic, deep red throat, creating a stunning contrast that instantly captures the essence of a Hawaiian vacation.
Fast Growth and abundant Blooms
If you want a plant that doesn't make you wait, this is it. The Fort Myers is known for its vigor. It grows rapidly, quickly filling out containers or garden beds with lush, glossy green leaves. Throughout the warm season, it produces a non-stop parade of 4-to-5-inch flowers. Each bloom lasts for a day, but the plant produces so many buds that you are greeted with fresh color almost every morning.
A Versatile Gem for Any Climate
You don't need to live in Florida to enjoy this exotic beauty.
Zones 9-11: Plant them in the ground for a fast-growing, evergreen privacy hedge that blooms year-round.
