Refund policy

Returns:

• Please contact us same date as delivery in case of any issues with the plants.
• Customers can return items, in their original condition, within 30 days of receipt.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
• Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price at which they were purchased.
