Arp Rosemary Plant

One of our favorite traditional herb plants

Arp Rosemary stands upright with its gray-green, needle-shaped foliage. As it grows, this culinary favorite transforms, with its stems becoming woody, perfect for skewering meats and veggies to add a burst of flavor. Known as one of the most resilient varieties, 'Arp' can grow up to 36" to 48" in height and spread 18" to 24" wide. It serves as an excellent informal hedge, releasing a refreshing lemon-pine fragrance when touched. Remarkably, this robust Rosemary variant can brave temperatures down into the teens.

While it thrives best under the full embrace of the sun, Arp Rosemary can also prosper with up to half a day in the shade. Its distinctive aroma is a kitchen staple, particularly for enhancing the flavors of lamb, pork, or beef dishes.
