What states do you ship to?
We ship live plants to all 50 U.S. states. Free and paid shipping options are shown at checkout based on your address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship within 2-5 business days of purchase, and most ship the same day. Once shipped, plants typically arrive within 3-5 days.
Do your plants arrive bare-root or in a pot?
Most plants ship bare-root or in a small nursery pot, sized and packed to travel safely and establish quickly once planted. Each product page notes what to expect for that specific plant.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Contact us the same day your order is delivered if you notice any damage to the packaging or plant, and we will make it right.
What is your return policy?
You can return items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval and process your refund.
What USDA hardiness zone do I need for my plant?
It depends on the variety. We carry cold-hardy options for zones 3 through 11 across the U.S. Check each product page for its recommended zone range, or browse our zone-specific collections to find plants suited to your area.
How do I care for my plant when it arrives?
Unpack your plant as soon as it arrives and water it right away. If it shipped bare-root, plant it promptly and keep the soil consistently moist while it establishes roots. Ease outdoor plants into direct sun gradually rather than placing them in full sun immediately. Specific planting and care instructions are included on each product page.
Are your plants organic and non-GMO?
Yes. Our plants are grown without GMOs, and we prioritize organic growing practices across the nursery.
